Camden Riversharks game. William Dennis Brown Jr. will be honored during the game for completing the 65 mile
Scholarship Run from Rutgers - Camden to Rutgers - New Brunswick.
Veterans For Education members will have premier seating, each member is
allowed to bring two guests. Please contact President Bryan Adams
for ticket information.
September 1st
Classes begin. Veterans for Education will be actively recruiting
new members into the organization. We are looking for motivated
members who share our passion for education and the positive portrayal
of veterans. We will help all new veterans seeking a higher
education make the transition from soldier to student. New
students interested in joining should contact President Bryan Adams for
further guidance.
September 12th
We are in the process of organizing a Congressional debate which will
take place on this date and be hosted by our organization. This
debate will be between Senator John Adler and Mayor Chris Myers who are
running for a seat in Congress representing the third district of New
Jersey. President Bryan Adams and Dr. Anthony Mazzarelli from
Philadelphia's Big Talker 1210 will be
acting as moderators for this event. The negotiations are still
ongoing so we will post the details as we receive them.
3rd Week of September
We will be having a group meeting for all new and existing members
of Veterans for Education. Topics will include:
-Assisting new members of Veterans for Education
-Creation of Veterans Center for Excellence at Rutgers University
